Almost all students prefer a job after passing out in engineering, though some adventurous youths choose the different criteria out of the way and start their own company, struggle, face the challenges, and become successful.
Here is the story of two adventurous youths from Surat, Nirav Alagia and Bhavesh Gabani, who are also good friends.
Why did Nirav leave the job?
Nirav joined as a software developer at an IT company in 2012 after graduating. He discovered that the software did not meet the actual requirements of the clients after working there for three years.So, he resigned from the company and researched the client's necessities for three months. The salary was Rs. 65000/- when he left the job. Later, his friend Bhavesh Gabani, a professor at SVNIT, joined him.They commenced the software company in the name of 'Optimumbrew' in 2015 and developed software programs for various aspects. However, up to 2018, we understood that our USP was in Graphics designing and Marketing. So we changed our strategy. We make an app upon marketing funda.
About his product:
For example, if any shopkeeper wants to advertise the discount schemes for goods. He has to do nothing but fill in the details, including materials, rates, and discount schemes, in the ready-made format and forward them to multiple social media in a single click.We succeed in this venture. Now 98 employees are working in our company, and last year's turnover is 20 crore, and we saught for 35 crore next year.

Now, Surat city of Gujarat in India is not a leader in just textile and diamond but is now heading for other fields like IT, and the youth of Surat are making their future in various industries through hard work and core knowledge.
